Kim graduated with a first-class Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours in Business Management, earning a scholarship for the highest achieving graduate of the year. Kim proceeded to excel in a variety of corporate roles including project management, market analysis, and client portfolio management. Having joined the practice in 2019, Kim’s role as Managing Director focuses on strategic analysis, workload planning, long-term forecasting, and the ongoing development of operational efficiencies.

After ‘escaping to the country’ Kim enjoys exploring the Southwest and testing out as many coffee shops as possible
