Paul is by far the most mature member of the team with over 45 years’ experience of working in the construction industry. During this time Paul has been involved in all types of construction projects from small domestic extensions to major multi-million-pound civil engineering works in locations ranging from the immediate local area through Europe to North Africa. Paul brings this experience to the design team through support and advice in areas such as construction methodology, materials choices, and sequencing of works.

As well his involvement with NDM Architects, Paul also runs the commercial arm of the ‘SHAPE’ Group Family through NDM Commercial which is primarily a design & build company working on delivering commercial buildings for local pension fund holders.

Outside of work Paul enjoys an active life including swimming, cycling, diving, climbing and sky diving (he can juggle a bit as well!)
