Having suffered severe damage from a fire, the brief was to provide a replacement meeting room which would provide an energy efficient space and a sympathetic build to be positioned alongside the Grade II* listed St Lukes church. This project required collaborative approach securing approval from Historic England and the Diocesan Advisory Committee.
