Following the purchase of the site with a planning approval in place for 7 artisan units, we have worked with our client to maximise the opportunities the space provides whilst retaining the historical interest to achieve Building Regulation approval and provide construction information. The Town Mill is home to Jurassic Vets, FitAgain, Lyme Bay Seafood Company and more local businesses.
