Following the closure of a long established department store in the centre of Axminster, we undertook a refurbishment project including a change of use application and Building Regulation compliance to see the historic building divided into more desirable units for local traders. The Trinity House building comprise a pivotal street frontage in the town centre and its presence and viability is integral to the appeal and success of Axminster.
