Listed Buildings

Helping to restore, convert, maintain, remodel, and extend Grade II, Grade II* and Grade I Listed Buildings.

Extensions

Extending a listed building is a great way to bring a contemporary feel into a historic building. When planning an extension to a listed building it is important to respect the form and design of the building. We have experience at delivering both traditional and contemporary extensions to listed buildings, helping you to gain planning permission and listed building consent, as well as specifying the correct materials and techniques.

Maintenance and Repair

When maintaining or repairing your listed building, it is important to specify the correct, traditional materials and techniques in order to not damage the building. We can provide full maintenance schedules and plans on how to best conserve your listed building, including working with the local planning authority’s conservation officer to obtain listed building consent, and working with contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Other Development

We can help with any listed project. Other examples of projects we have completed include: annexes, outbuildings and garages in the grounds of listed buildings; internal and minor external remodelling to listed buildings; conversion of large listed buildings into flats; design and delivery of community buildings, such as church halls etc. Please get in touch and we can have a chat about how we can help you and your listed building.
