Extensive remodelling was carried out on this tired property in Beer to modernise inside & out, improve the layout and flow whilst updating internal features. New windows & doors were carefully selected to complement the unique style of the property’s original design; additionally contributing to the resulting ‘A’ EPC rating. Instructing new structural design enabled removal of original external columns and bulky supports, creating a sleek, contemporary finish with no interruptions to the stunning views over the coast towards Axmouth & beyond.
